Traveling is our passion! Having flexible schedules, we often travel to different countries and locations – but no matter how busy life is, we always find time to add a Panama City Beach trip at least twice a year. We love its 27 miles of sugar-white sands bordering the clear, emerald green waters where the Gulf of Mexico and St. Andrew Bay converge, and the decision to purchase our piece of beach paradise in PCB was an easy one for us.
After a few years searching, and researching the local community, we found the perfect condo to call our own. Our unit at Palazzo is the perfect size for our trips and to welcome small family guests. The building is new and immaculate, the facilities are amazing and the location is excellent – we are only a little over 1 mile from Pier Park, a shopper’s paradise including a fun glass-enclosed gondola ferris wheel, many restaurants and a ¼ mile long pier where you can enjoy amazing sunsets! Not far from St. Andrews Park and many other attractions, there is always something special to adrenaline-seekers, eco-tourists, families and couples alike. We are near everything but far enough from the noise and heavy traffic. Our quiet penthouse condo has incredible views and one of the largest 1 bedroom / bunk condo in the area! We feel so blessed that we found 1704 at Palazzo, the perfect condo for us to use and share with so many others!
Nivana is a web and graphic designer, and Dave works for a logistics company. They are empty nesters and have 2 sons, 2 grandsons and a very spoiled puppy!
